About
A Seoul practice focused on cold wallet paperwork — the records small digital-asset firms need when counsel or examiners ask how offline holdings are controlled.
SecureSaaS began when operations leads at small digital-asset desks in Seoul asked for help turning scattered hardware receipts, chat approvals, and ceremony photos into something counsel could read. The work stayed deliberately narrow: cold wallet documentation and transfer verification support — not custody, not trading, not software sales.
We keep an office at 85 Namdaemun-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul 04526, close enough to central vault rooms and counsel offices that on-site binder reviews can happen the same day when needed.
Help small digital-asset firms show, in plain records, how offline wallets are inventoried, dual-controlled, and used for transfers. The goal is fewer scrambled evenings before diligence meetings and fewer gaps when someone asks for last quarter’s ceremony notes.
We start with what you already keep — purchase invoices, device photos, approval emails — and rebuild only what is missing. Fieldwork prefers physical device inspection when serial registers are incomplete. Drafts circulate to your operations contact before anything is labeled final. Secrets stay with you; our files hold hashes, serials, and procedure text, never seed phrases.
Our Seoul practice is small on purpose. Portraits and roles appear below; each specialist stays within documentation and verification rather than custody or trading.
We share field notes on cold wallet record-keeping for practitioners in Korea’s digital-asset sector and welcome questions from counsel who need clarification on materials we prepared — within the confidentiality of each engagement.
