What to put on the page your observers will check: amounts, destinations, approvals, and the device list for that session.
A transfer verification session moves faster when the sheet is complete before anyone unlocks a device. At minimum include: originating wallet label and serial, destination addresses with source of approval, amount and asset, authorizing parties scheduled to attend, and any blackout or limit rules that apply that day.
Copying addresses from chat into the sheet introduces typos. Prefer a maintained approved-destination list that your dual-control procedure already recognizes. If a new address is required, document the exception approval before the session starts — not after broadcast.
Many desks prefer early windows before liquidity desks get busy. Build fifteen minutes for pre-check: serial confirmation, role presence, and destination match. SecureSaaS observers use that pre-check to catch issues that would otherwise halt mid-ceremony.
If you lack a full documentation package yet, a lighter inventory still helps. Bring device serials and the current dual-control matrix so the memorandum can cite them.
