SecureSaaS, located at 85 Namdaemun-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul 04526, Republic of Korea, is the controller for personal data collected through securesaas.digital and related client communications. Contact: contact@securesaas.digital ยท +82 2-311-6800.
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare quotes. We process engagement data to perform contracted services and keep required business records. Where Korean personal information protection law requires consent, we seek it; otherwise we rely on contract performance or legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, balanced against your rights.
Inquiry messages without an engagement are typically retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Engagement files are retained for the period required by Korean commercial record rules and our professional obligations, generally up to five years after engagement close unless a longer period is required for dispute handling. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the cookie policy.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT hosting providers, email providers, and professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Device serials and operational facts in client binders are shared only as you direct (for example with your counsel).
If tools or subprocessors store data outside Korea, we use contracts and safeguards appropriate under Korean personal information protection requirements and, where applicable, other regional transfer rules. You may ask for information about such transfers at contact@securesaas.digital.
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority. To exercise rights, email contact@securesaas.digital with enough detail to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity.
We apply access controls and limit staff who can view inquiry and engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; avoid sending secret key material through any channel to SecureSaaS.
Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
