Typical clients prepare for counsel review, insurance questionnaires, investor diligence, or internal control testing.

Result

You receive a compliance-ready documentation set: hardware serial register, seed-phrase custody attestation (without revealing secrets), dual-control and access procedures, transfer approval trails, and a chain-of-custody log covering device movements and ceremony dates. The package is written so a third party can follow how offline wallets are governed.

Provider and process

A SecureSaaS documentation specialist leads the engagement, with a second reviewer checking consistency before delivery. Kickoff confirms wallet count and review deadline; fieldwork collects device facts and procedure drafts; a draft binder is circulated; final materials are delivered as PDF plus printed copies on request.

Duration and delivery

Most packages complete in two to four weeks after kickoff, depending on how many devices and ceremonies must be reconstructed. Work is delivered from our Seoul office at 85 Namdaemun-ro, Jung-gu, or on-site in your vault room within the greater Seoul area.

Preparation

Before kickoff, designate an operations contact, list known hardware devices, and note any upcoming transfer blackout periods. Do not send seed phrases or unencrypted key material by email.

Pricing basis

Packages start at ₩4,800,000 for up to four cold wallets under a single dual-control scheme. Additional devices, multi-sig vaults, or reconstruction of incomplete historical ceremonies are quoted separately. See Rates for estimate factors.
