Custody Record Review

Purpose

If you already keep cold wallet records but are unsure they will satisfy counsel or an examiner, we read the full set and return a findings memo: what is complete, what is stale, and what is missing. The review does not rewrite your binder unless you later commission a documentation package.

Typical findings

Stale dual-control matrices after staff changes, hardware serials that never matched purchase invoices, ceremony notes without date or witness names, and transfer logs that skip weekend settlements. Mild issues are common; we prioritize what an outsider would notice first.

Deliverable

A written findings memo with severity notes and a suggested remediation order. Optional half-day workshop with your operations and compliance contacts.
