By accessing securesaas.digital or engaging SecureSaaS for cold wallet documentation, transfer verification, custody record review, or ceremony documentation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.

Services described

Site content describes professional documentation and verification support for small digital-asset firms. It does not offer custody of digital assets, key generation, brokerage, or payment processing. Pricing shown is informational until confirmed in a written engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and materials on this site belong to SecureSaaS or its licensors. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter; SecureSaaS retains templates and methodologies not unique to your facts.

Client responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for safeguarding seed phrases, private keys, and access to devices. You must not transmit secret key material through website forms or unsecured email. You warrant that information provided for documentation is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, SecureSaaS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on documentation after you or third parties alter procedures. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Korean law.

No legal or audit opinion

Materials we prepare support your operational and counsel processes. They are not a legal opinion, audit attestation, or regulatory filing unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

We strive for continuous availability of securesaas.digital but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
